Download the Afroxlusive app and select Sign Up. Follow the steps to enter your details, create a profile and start connecting with other users. You must be 18 years or older to join.

Select Forgot Password? on the login screen and follow the instructions sent to your registered mobile number to receive a one time password.

Go to your Profile and select Edit Profile. You can update your photos, bio, interests, preferences and other profile information before saving your changes.

Open the user's profile, select the Report option and choose the reason for your report. You can also provide additional details to help our team review the matter.

Open the user's profile or conversation, select Block, and confirm. Once blocked, the user will no longer be able to contact you or interact with your profile.

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account and follow the instructions. Account deletion is permanent, so make sure you are certain before confirming.

Check that you are using the correct phone number and one time password and that you have a stable internet connection. If you still cannot log in, contact Afroxlusive Support.

Never share passwords, financial information or sensitive personal details with other users. Be cautious when communicating with someone new and report or block anyone who makes you feel uncomfortable or unsafe. If you believe you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.
